Maybe your baby could have some formula mixed into solids as that will be happening soon, ie your baby in the 5th month. I suppose it depends on how much formula you want or need to give. Please don't use the essence stuff, only the extract. As has been said vanilla extract or really slowly introducing it as a mixed bottle.Mainly EBM with a tiny bit of formula and gradually building it up.Please read this important notice first By clicking the continue button, you will be able to view information about Aptamil infant milks and other products.

DD has CMPI - waiting on blood test results for allergy confirmation and any other allergies.
Has been EBF to now, apart from trialling S26 and Nan before CMPI was realised.
Paed has given me trial tin of formula to see how DD reacts.
It's horribly horribly bitter - I'm aware this is due to the amount of processing it goes through to break down the proteins. We used allerpro which luckilly ds didn't have too severe cmpi so could tolerate. I'd prefer the little added sugar so it is drunk then not. I'm going to mix it with expressed BM, but are there other things I can use to disguise the taste - it's just hideous, DD hates it so far. Has been EBF to now, apart from trialling S26 and Nan before CMPI was realised.
If your daughter has been mostly EBF until now, why the need to trial formula?
