There are many services in Brighton & Hove offering support to children, young people and their families that work alongside us.In the first instance we routinely advise talking to a child’s school, school nurse, health visitor (for under 5s) or family General Practioner (GP), to discuss your concerns.Then, together you could decide whether a referral might be helpful.Sometimes, instead of a referral to us, the professional you have met with may suggest approaching a service that provides focused or specialised support for young people, for example Ru OK provide support with young people and substance misuse.Referrals to CAMHS and Community CAMHS can be made using our referral form (PDF 44KB) or by letter to the address below.If a referral is faxed we request that a hard copy is posted as well.
