Goolic is serving his sentence at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Avenel, after he was determined to be a repetitive and compulsive sex offender, authorities said.
He must register under Megan's Law when he gets out.
The father said the victim underwent six months of counseling and is still recovering, a year later. “He’s coming along.” Goolic worked as a camp counselor for 20, employed by the Old Bridge Township Department of Parks and Recreation.
In 2011, he worked at the Grade 9 Center, as a part-time counselor for fourth through sixth graders.
In 2012, he was assigned to first and second graders at the James Mc Divitt Elementary School.
